Sedentary Behaviours Leads to Cardiovascular Disease in Adulthood

Sedantarry behaviours is among the leading modifiable risk factors worldwide for cardiovascular diseases and all cause mortality.High sedantarry behaviours is consistently associated with worse cardiac lipid profile and increased cardiac risk scores in older adults. The promotion of physical activity lead to improved levels of cardiovascular fitness. It is well established that engagement in moderate to vigorous physical activity plays a key role in both primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease. The term 'sedentary comes from the latin word 'sedere' to sit and can operationally definition be defined as any waking sitting or lying behaviour with low energy expenditure.

Physical activity also plays an important role in secondary prevention of cardiovascular Disease. Most of eligible cardiovascular patients Still do not benefit from secondary prevention cardiac rahebilitation programs .The present review draws attention to the importance of physical activity in the primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases. It also addresses the mechanism by which physical activity and regular excercise can improve cardiovascular health and the burden of diseases.

The cardiovascular risk in Young Finn's multicentrr study associated with questionnaire for 1084 women and 909 men aged 30-40 years  other. Lesiure time physical activity ,sleep duration, socioeconomic status, smoking, alcohol consumption, energy intake adherence to the recommended diet, multiple individual food items age and genatic risks associated with body mass index out of different types of sedentary behavior.TV viewing was most consistently associated with adiposity Makers in adults.

Physical activity is primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease.although the observed progress. In the cardiovascular disease treatment, the incidence of new and recurrent treatment, coronary. Atery disease remains elevated and constitutes the leading cause of death  in the developed countries .three quarters of deaths due to cardiovascular. Diseases could be prevented with adequate changes in lifestyle, including increased daily physical activity.new evidence confirms that there is an inverse dose response related between physical activity and cardiovascular diseases and mortality risk.

However, participation in moderate to vigorous physical activity may not fully attenuate the independent effect of sedantarry activities on increased risk for cardiovascular diseases. In men ,riding in car and combined time spent in these two sedentary behaviours were significant CVD mortality predictors .

Additionally, high levels of physical activity were related to notably lower rates of CVD death even in the presence of high levels of sedantarry behaviours.Health promotion efforts targeting physically inactive men should emphasize both reducing sedentary activity and increasing regular physical activity for optimal cardiovascular health.
