Maintaining body figure at home is not that difficult and not very easy. People in this world are very busy . They do not have enough time  to join health clubs and gym.On the other hand everyone wants to maintain health and body figure.  T he question which rise regarding the maintenance of  body figure at home  is can I make my body figure at home? Yes you can maintain your body figure at home  by eating healthy foods ,doing excercise for minimum 30 minutes everyday and by avoiding  your bad habits which create a barrier in maintaining your body health and figure .
